What are some good jobs for fourteen year olds?

My daughter is short for her age, but that shouldn't matter. She gets really bored around the house and so she keeps saying she wants a job, but babysitting her siblings is not enough. Plus she wants to earn some money...

If you live the right part of the country she could go de-tassel corn. It's hard work (that'll teach her to appreciate other kinds of work), it pays okay, and if she lasts for more than a week, you should be proud of her...

It's hard to find jobs for 14 year olds. So, you may want to see if she can work somewhere "off the books". A local company would be more willing to have youngsters work off the books. I'd say a job at a pizzeria taking orders and cleaning tables would be a nice job to start out with.
