It includes multiple user reviews on virtually every boat in existence (and there are literally hundreds of models).  I'm an avid sea kayaker with 3 boats of my own and tons of gear but I still count on this site as an excellent source for real feedback on performance without the hype of the manufacturers.  I'd also recommend visiting an independent outdoors or canoe/kayak outfitters store when you decide to buy (not the "big box" sporting goods chains) -- they will give you personal attention, typically a discount on accessories when you buy the boat and can usually match the "big box" prices if you ask.  Many will also offer "demo" boats that you can try out to see what fits you and what you like and even paddling lessons and "rolling" classes.  There are so many countless differences in boat models: hull styles, materials and performance -- more so than even buying a car.
