In December of 01, I graduated with a bachelors in Business Administration, and currently working on the ramp for a major airline, plus I have ADD (which they don't know about) I'm wondering what are some some good jobs for people like myself, as well as some companies, that would welcome someone like me, give me a chance to get some experience, and work with me and my potiential.

  1. Why not pursue a business management where you are mostly active during the day?  Retail, grocery, food/hospitality management programs come to mind.  Room for advancement is also widely available.

I hope that you are reducing the ADD symptoms either through diet and/or medication.

  2. December 01? Funny time to Graduate!?

ADD/ADHD doesn't offer any more opportunities than anyone else.

On a vocational level, your success would be very useful if you worked with children with the same condition. It would be pretty encouraging for them to see a similar person that has overcome it. A lot of ADHD kids work on the assumption that they'll never amount to anything and opt out of trying. You could be a positive role model.

Google SEBD and see if you like the idea.

In terms of employers, there's still too much ignorance regarding the condition. Most people think that it's a made up condition to excuse bad parents and bad behaviour. Don't tell a potential employer unless you have to. It's not relevant information anyway.
