I'm 16 years old, 5'10" and weigh 130lbs. I'm pretty skinny but fairly quick. I'm getting ready to get a gym membership though and try to pack on the pounds. My key concern for working out is basketball but I also really like MMA and wanted to learn some martial arts and boxing skills just for self defense and maybe if I really like it then pursuing some sort of tournaments or something. I would prefer to learn through something like a DVD rather than take classes at first to see if I like it and because I'm a little short on time and cash right now.
