What are some good movies for teachers and educators to watch?

I am looking for some good movies for teachers or educators to watch! I want something heartwarming, but a few funny ones would be good. As you know the school year is about to be in full swing. In Louisiana that is this coming Monday. Want to have something good and inspirational to keep me going!

Anything by Harry Wong.  Here is his website, it's great: http://harrywong.com/ Don't let the name fool you.  We used to giggle over it in college...But these are instructional type videos.  They are great for new teachers, in fact our district gives a copy of "The First Days of School" to all of their new teachers.  Best investment I ever made as a teacher, other than college of course.  I have only been teaching for 3 years but I read it at the begining of each year (glad you reminded me).  But there are many inspirational movies about teaching.
