  1. I think Rob listed mostly "inside the beltline" neighborhoods.  They're great, but expensive.

    There are good neighborhoods in North Raleigh including Brookhaven, Stonehendge, and Bent Tree.  Really, just a LOT of good neighborhoods throughout North Raleigh.


  2. Northwest Raleigh has a lot of new construction, well actually there's new construction everywhere..lol.  Consider where you plan to work, and research the traffic - that would be my approach.
