At the moment what I'm eating is bacon & Eggs or scrambeled eggs for brekkie. Kabana & cheese or diet jelly for a snack. Lunch is chicken or ham & salad and for dinner is meat & vegies (obviously no potatoes or pumpkin) or salad.Is there anything else I can eat? Something simple preferably so I don't have to actually prepare anything. I'm more looking for snack type stuff?
