What are some good non-fluoride toothpastes?

And can you tell me if it is safe to use?.. I just don't want fluoride in my toothpastes.. really bad for us

  1. unless you are swallowing the toothpaste (very young) there is no such thing as a good flouride free toothpaste.  The flouride strengths your tooth enamel and makes it so that it is more resitant to acid attack.  Not only is it not harmful unless ingested in large amounts but it is beneficial especially topically (like in toothpaste) since you aren't ingesting it anyway


  2. Try "Tom's" brand- can find at Walmart or Walgreens. It comes in vanilla mint and strawberry I believe. My kiddo loves it:)
