What are some good non-sugary drinks that still have flavor?

I was recently told by doctors that I need to cut sodas, coffee and "sugary" drinks and foods from my diet. What are some good drinks that I subsitute in while keeping some flavor? Keeping in mind that I am allergic to artificial sweeteners

  1. flavored water.  diet soda


  2. I drink flavored seltzer water.   It comes in lime, cranberry and a bunch of other flavors.  No sweeteners and just enough flavor to make it more refreshing than water.  I can usually buy a case of cans for about $3

  3. Make fresh lemonade or limeade, and add just enough sugar to make it slightly sweet ..... Just use more fruit to add the flavor  (maybe a frozen fresh strawberry instead of ice cubes, or mint sprigs)

  4. I like to drink plain water with a bit of lemon juice or lime juice in it.

    I like FUZE Slenderize, but I'm not sure if they have artificial sweeteners or not.  Check the label.

  5. I am also sensitive to artificial sweeteners, they give me migraines,  so I cannot drink any Diet sodas or anything with Splenda/ Nutrisweet/ Equal, etc..

    I am a big drinker of Iced Tea though. I do put a small amount of sugar in the tea, but I have grown accustomed to not putting any sugar in it at all, just a slice of lemon. Also water has become my best friend....
