what are some good poker sites where its freeroll or something like that. i dont want it to be where i have to put in money to play it, and interpoker.com doesnt go for the united states. so thats out.

Be careful picking an online site to play  poker! A lot of online poker rooms accept USA players, however there are many problems with a lot of them. A couple big sites have recently been found cheating their players, Absolute and Ultimate Bet, here is a link:

You'll find reviews of only reputable poker sites that cater to players from every country at http://GamblingReviewsSite.com/pokertips  You can play for free and there are many freeroll tournaments to play in as well.  If you do decide to play for real money in the future then you have that option available as well.
