  3. no such thing. if there was..it's fake.

    you cant learn a martial art from a bunch of free videos.

    im all for video training, i've seen it be successful many times. but you need a program that was designed for it from the ground up. and you MUST have testing and correspondence with the instructor. and this i only recommend if there are no dojo's available in your area for the style you want to learn.

    or find a real dojo.
