It doesn't matter what type of file they use to broadcast the station, if you have the url, you can use your media player directly, by type it on the open box, under menu, file option.

There are also several tools available that do the work for you, check for example: http://www.worldtvradio.com there is a free software that includes 8000 radio stations, not browser necessary.
