With school starting, I need some lunch ideas. I can't have anything in a thermos or anything because I bring a paper bag and throw everything away. I like to be pretty healthy. I normally pack things like fish crackers, nuts, dried fruits, berry's, cheese strings or a sandwich. Any other ideas?

  1. I make an adult version of 'lunchables' that will make your lunch buddies super jealous.

Get your favorite kind of crackers, a few types of meats and a couple of varieties of cheeses. I particularly like hard salami and roast turkey, plus swiss and provolone cheeses are yummy.

Add a piece of fruit, and maybe some carrot sticks an you have quite a yummy simple lunch. The awesome thing is if you get hungry early in the day you can snack on this stuff during class no problem.

you should give them light sandwiches sanwiches with cheese letuce tamatoes and a pinch of paper give them bagels and SOMETIMES chips or nachos. You can give them macoroni and cheese salads. For drinks give them capri sun or just water and for a light snack give them crackers or sliced fruits

  3. Use a frozen water to preserve your food.   Pita's are great, use cold cuts, egg salad or tuna.  Also pack a fresh water to drink. Bring home your empty bottles daily and refill your water bottles, that will save money.
