    At least 10 letters.

    You want to make a "Pass Phrase" so that its not ANYTHING In a dictionary.

    It should have upper, lower, numbers, and characters.

    For example.  

    For You To See The Money

    could be 4U2Cda$s

    of I am the Information System Coordinator

    could be Iamda1$C

    Stay away from ANY word and common letter substitution.

    You will literally move yourself form being guessed or brute forced in seconds to minutes to taking days or weeks!
