What are some good place to have a Christmas party in the Seattle area?

You could have it at Trioni, its a restaurant. I go to Christmas parties at Waterfront Seafood grill. Here is the link to the Mackay Restaurant website:

Palisade has a great private room that is great for things such as Christmas parties!  It's pretty spacious and can hold...  probably at least 75 people comfortably and Palisade's food is excellent!  Palisade is in the Magnolia area of Seattle, right on the water, and has beautiful views!

Chandler's Crabhouse is another great place for Christmas parties, right on Lake Union, and also with great views!

Ray's Boathouse in Ballard, by the locks, is another great (and waterfront!) place for having a Christmas party!  I've been to a few work Christmas parties here and it was a lovely place with an excellent large private room area that also had access to a balcony right on the waterfront.  The outdoor balcony area was enclosed in "plastic" walls, which allowed for waterfront viewing, but kept in the warm air that was provided by outdoor heaters on the patio/balcony!
