What are some good places in Montreal to get horse steak?

I doubt you will find horse meat in main stream restaurant.

You probably could find some at the smaller ethnic specialty restaurant,  I would start with the European ones  they usually have a bit of horse meat on the menu.

Failing that, go to restaurants that feature  North African cuisine.
