la creperie on samson street! hmmmm good french food.  on wednesdays they only speak french :)

Jons bar and grill 3rd and South Street, marathon grill on 16th and sansom, Swanky bubbles between Chestnut and Market on Front Street, Petro's on 17th and Walnut, chickie and peetes in South Philly, Jones on 7th Chestnut,  Dolce Pizzaria on 20th Chestnut, etc.

If you're looking for somewhere fancy, you can try Le Bec Fin, Rouge, or The Palm. Lower rent, but very nice would be Moriarity's or the Irish Pub on Walnut between 11th and 12th. There's really a ton, so try Philadelphia Weekly's website.

You need to go to Il contuccio's in Northern Liberty's and Amada in old city,  Il Contuccio's is a BYOB but it's awesome.

The game room cafe. Dave and Buster's. It is so much fun. It has food and games.
