I would like to take her somewhere fairley senic. aswell as some cities where we could experience the night life a little bit!

You should visit Muckross House in Killarney, very romantic and beautiful and there is a waterfall there. Galway City is an intimate knid of city with good night life. Larger city would be Cork with a more city like feel, more shops etc... Take her on a boat to the aaron islands in galway too. have a good time!
