What are some good places to test my car's speed & have fun driving over the limit?

Race tracks or closed courses. You should never take these kinds of activities to the streets where innocent, law abiding citizens can be hurt. Find out when a drag strip in your area has an open track day or look for autocross events that you can enter. These are usually sponsored by some sort of racing sanctioning body and are legal, unlike street racing. Check out www.scca.org for some info.

Put up some orange cones and test it out right in your neighborhood....and if you accidentally run down a fence and end up in someone else's backyard, you might make a new friend.
