  3. Adi Kailash and Om Parvat trek is one of the best known trek in Kumaon region of  Uttaranchal. Himalayas have spiritual value attached to them; this is the trek which has some spiritual as well as adventure flavour.

    Good Places are:

    1.  Bidang to Baun: This valley is less inhabitated and one has to camp at almost all places.

    2.  Baun -Duktu-Son-Balling

    3. Balling- Nagling-Sela-Baulling

    4. Baulling-Sobala-Tawaghat

    5. Tawaghat-Dharchula-Pitthoragarh

    6. Pitthoragah - Nanital
