  11. Hello everyone!!

I volunteer at Furkids.  It is a safe, no kill, no cage environment for cats. It is a really great place and it is so fun!! There is no age limit and you can come when ever you want, there is no set schedule. I try to volunteer there almost every weekend. I really love it and I hope that you will go to their website ( www.furkids.org ) and take some time to look around. If you cant do that I would appreciate it if you could at least watch this video. Oh and now they have eleven different rooms and a spay/neuter facility which has really helped them a lot. Thanks!!

Here is this link to the video:

  12. There are loads of places.  At your age, I would suggest a farm or an animal shelter.

Good luck, and good on you!

  13. Church nursery.

  14. why don't you get a parent and work at a humane society or dog shelter...

  15. Boys and Girls clubs, schools, churches, in your very own neighborhood (go around and ask if anyone needs any help or if there is older people around you can see what you can do to assist them).

If you have a YMCA around try there, or just call around to different organizations in your close proximity and just ask if they accept volunteers at your age!

Good luck and good for you!

  16. Maybe in the office of the fire department. Goodwill. Animal shelter. A daycare or kindergarden class. Or look around for local events that maybe you could help out with. Here is a website that may help. Good luck!   http://www.volunteermatch.org/

  17. How about an animal shelter. They always need volunteers.

  18. If you have a food pantry that would be a good place, or a good will and there's always church. I don't know how old you have to be in order to help out @ good will though.

ps. It looks awesome on your collage application!
