What are some good plans for building a kyak or canoe?

Try a search for boat kits. Clubs often have molds available to make glass/resin kayaks and canoes. Books detail wood strip boat building. There are schools that offer boatbuilding classes. Read a few canoe/kayak magazines, they offer much information and advertisements for plans and kits.
