In my acting academy, we have to read several different plays. I have listed:

The Curious Savage

The Diary of Anne Frank

  1. amadeus, slow dance on the killing ground, rosencrantz and guildenstern are dead, no exit, hamlet, the woolgatherers, oleanna, fences, the crucible, proof, speed the plow, noises off, crimes of the heart, the cherry orchard, the dinning room, six degrees of separation, miss firecracker contest, talking with, tuesdays with morrie, picasso at the lapin agile, the miser, the beggars opera, the importance of being earnest, the country wife, there are millions of great plays out there!!!


  2. August: Osage County by Tracie Letts - one of the most amazing pieces of drama you'll ever encounter, and a definite Tony-winner.

    The Pillowman by Martin McDonagh - Chilling, disturbing, amazing play.

    Spring Awakening by Frank Wedekind- still-controversial play from the early 1900s dealing with teen issues-now a Tony-winning musical. Mind-blowing!

  3. ♥grease♥, cats, the music man, peter pan, wizard of oz, beauty and the beast, i heard that pirats of the carribean is a play, um i can think of anymore. lol

  9. The Glass Menagerie, Our Town (personal favorite), The Importance of Being Earnest, Much Ado About Nothing, Romeo and Juliet (I have to admit, I am a big fan of that play)
