What are some good podcast topic ideas?

That's sorta like "if you have to ask..."

If you can't think of something on your own, why are you doing a podcast? In order to answer your question, we'd need to know where it's going to be posted, what's the leaning of the website, and what do YOU have to contribute. Not what does some guy on YA have to offer.

Give it some thought, you'll come up with something. And if you don't (or can't) you'll know the answer to your real question, which is "Should I record a podcast."

Maybe you should do a podcast on "what to do for a podcast?"

Your topic would be your area of expertise and what you think people would like to hear or see. Some people have podcasts where they jabber about nothing in particular. Most of those are pretty dumb.

You can pick a topic or area of expertise and stick to it. I have a podcast that is specifically about one sport in one state.

Or you can broaden the topic. Are there subjects you don't know anything about but would like to? Then you can make it an interview show and get guests to answer questions for you.

i agree w/ Duh . . .

Basically take something you are interested in mixed w/ an angle or idea not out there yet and you'll hit big, a) because if its a passion of yours you wont get bored and will have something to talk about/ base a theme on b) if you can think of something that hasnt been done to death you deserve an award.
