What are some good pranks to pull on sleeping victims?

We are having a slumber party including 4 girls. We wanted to have a little fun pulling a prank on one of them...We have tried many famous ones and we need more. PLEASE HELP US

try taking pics while they sleep by kepping random objects on their heads.................lol......

The best is when you know they are close to waking up and then you put a bunch of foamy shaving cream in one of thier open hands (the one you know they are going to use) then you get a feather and tickle thier face untill they smack themself in the face with the shaving foam and then if they wake up they'll realize what has just happened and get really mad.  It's flip'n funny when it works, if your timing is prefect.

This was one prank we did,

we put make up on a one of my friends and then in the morning we pretended like it wasn't there, so when the parents came they were in shock. It was funny

Try putting there hand in warm water to see if they p**s themselves it works on some ppl just try it!

i know pour rice baking power sugar and toilet water on them pu remember to put warm water mixed with sunflower on top of them first do this quickly and quietly then u quickly run back to your bed and pretend ur in the bath room or asleep

Put their hand in a bowl of warm water once they've fallen asleep...they will pee their pants..LOL!!!

Put their underwear in the freezer. If you can manage it, get up before they do, and put it back where they left it, so they can't figure out why their underwear is frozen solid.
