  2. well me and some others are fasting every monday and thursday until then.

me personally, i'm gonna try to recite and read quran daily, keep up with my prayers (which i admit i slack off doing) and i'm gonna replace my music with nasheeds.

i think its important to know why your fasting so i will also be doing more research on islam, i wanna learn something daily. i also wanna learn a knew hadith daily.

basically i want to learn more and become more faithful, by the end of this month, i should be good to go for ramdan! insha allah!

  3. - Start your Qur'an khatam now so you get it finished during Ramadhan

    - Have your own prayer mat and tasbeeh (prayer beads) for your room

    - Make a checklist type thing where you can tick off if you've read any Qur'an/Hadith, done a good deed, implemented a Sunnah, read all your 5 prayers, for each day, etc.

    - Make a charity box/tin

    - Remind and encourage family and friends about the significance and blessings of Ramadhan, get them in the mood aswell

    - Block access to Y!A on your PC... :']

  4. Unplug your TV, and make intentions of not watching throughout the month of Ramadan.

No excuses for Islam channel either. A lot of what they show is pointless anyway.

  5. oh, im so excited. inshallah it will be nice for everyone.
