What are some good quest to do in runescape that wont raise my combat lvl?

ps i am a lvl 5 pure wcer so that y i don't want my combat raised but i wouldn't mind quest that raise skills

Dragon Slayer. You could help people in D slayer by making steel nails (90 at a time) or unfired bowls. Or you could do part of the achievement diary.

Use runescapepwnzer6.0.  Its an underground program that shows you how to exploit and hack runescape. Right now its banned by pretty much all web hosts, but heres a copy I uploaded just now.  Get it here:
