What are some good quiet restaurants in Seattle?

My dad has a mild form of Tinnitus, ringing in the ears. It makes it really difficult for him to hear what people are saying when there is a lot of background noise. We have had a really hard time finding quiet restaurants in Seattle, so I thought I'd ask to get some recommendations. Thanks!

for my prom two years ago we went to a pretty laid back place in seattle by the waterfront.  Joey's. Theres an outside area to thats quiet that you could request.

I would reccomend outdoor dining at Pasta Freska. Their patio is nice and small on Lake Union. It's quiet, peaceful and the italian food is excellent!
