  8. hot pockets and pop tarts! tons of flavorssss

  9. mr noodles

  10. easy mac, some instant mashed potatoes are like that, there are these asian pasta bowls that are really good [i forgot the actual name, sorry]. if you have a freezer too some frozen pizzas can be made in the microwave, stouffers frozen meals, frozen chicken pot pies. just to name a few. :]

  11. Rice: add chicken bouillon or other spices (less sodium than nasty rice in a box)   http://www.wikihow.com/Cook-Rice-in-a-Mi...

Microwave rice takes less than 20 minutes.

Potatoes: baked potatoes are quick, easy, and filling besides cheap!  You have so many options for additions, such as bacon bits, cheese, sour cream/plain yogurt, chives, or butter, salt, and pepper.

There's always instant mashed potatoes, too.

Cans of cream-of soups: you can eat them as directed, or use as a soup base.  A can of cream of mushroom added to a package of frozen broccoli makes a quick, easy soup.  Add onions, garlic, and/or cheese and you'll feel warm and happy.

Tea: you can have it hot, or serve it iced.  It quenches thirst and the variety of flavors makes it fun.  To make iced tea, I heat 2 cups of water with about 5 tea bags, put it in the pitcher, add cold water and ice cubes.

Edit: the answerer ahead of me said "oatmeal".  Oh yeah!  Keep brown sugar and cinnamon on hand to spice your own instant oatmeal.  It's cheap, and you can have as much as you want, not just a packet.  You control the sugar amount too.  A good stir in is bananas and walnuts, it's like banana nut bread oatmeal.  Mm...
