What are some good radio show features?

So if I were to make a radio show that lasted three hours, I would need some features in it right?

Well, all I want you to do is suggest several (if you could), or just one (if you're lazy!) feature(s) for me to use. If you could maybe give at least one regular feature and one feature that would be a one-off that'd be a great help. Thanks all!

Sorry I'm boring.  I like a quiz on the radio.  Also you could have a feature where you just play album tracks, you know the tracks that never get played on any other station.
