What are some good restaurants? (I live in Montgomery County, MD)?

My boyfriend and I are trying to plan a nice dinner for an anniversary and are currently discussing a few options. We live in the Gaithersburg/Germantown, MD area (zip code: 20886). So far we have thought of Olive Garden, Sakura Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, and The Melting pot. It would be great if the price of the food wasn't too incredibly high.

Bonefish Grill in Kentlands

There are several new good restaurants in the redeveloped

section of Rockville near the new library: Greystone Grill and several others. Take a stroll around and see what appeals to you.
