What are some good restaurants in Downtown Dallas?

Our offices are moving to Downtown Dallas (Akrard St) this week and I am not familiar with the area. What are some good restauarants for lunch that aren't terribly expensive?

Mad Dogs in Deep Ellum on Commerce   and Cafe brazil on Main in Deep Ellum especially the breakfast at cafe Brazil. Mad Dogs has good greasy grub too.
