What are some good restaurants in Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa?

Please give me the city it is in and the name of the place also what kind of restaurant is it????

In New Prague, MN there is a fantastic Czech restaurant.  Towns Edge Restaurant is the name.  New Prague isn't very big so it shouldn't be hard to find.  It's on the west side of town.

And Iowa good luck, they don't have much there but cows and corn. :)
