What are some good restaurants that pay well and get good tips?

I'm moving to Northridge, CA next week for college and am looking for a job as a waiter/waitress and am interested in working for a fancy restaurant.

Try working at the Melting Pot!  It would be a fun job, plus the food there is expensive so more tips for you!  Also, my brother works at P.F. Changs and he makes at least 200 a night for about 4 hours of work.  Keep looking around, I'm sure there are plenty of fancy places to work at in California.
