What are some good scary movies that are rated PG-13 and lack nudity and really gory violence?

I am baby sitting three children who are pre-teens and love scarry movies. I want a few movies to take with me when I watch them. I am how ever having trouble finding pg-13 movies. I did show them signs and they loved it. Are there any movies that are pg-13 and lack nudity and gorey violance??

this might be either pg 13 or 14, but it doesnt really matter.

try watch I Am Legend with Will Smith in it, its good.

No nudity.

No blood and gore (or very little...I think there may be a small wound or 2)

I watched it, it's very good. At my school they let 12 year olds watch it in there class.

If u havent already seen it, its about a cure for cancer they found so everyone's getting the vaccine for it and they end up mutating into zombie-like things can only come out at night or in the dark. Everyone evacuates, but a scientist stays behind to find out more because he is immune to it.

It has "scary" parts, but none with blood or dying or anything.

I think only one person dies (but they dont show it) and a dog dies.

It's scary without being gory, and it has a story to it also.

Disturbia has nudity in it a little nothing horribly bad but watch it first you may not see it it was on the kids tv secretly watching you know what.

The Ring was a wonderful movie scary but good. About the movie if you watched it you dyed in 7 days unless you got someone else to watch it there is The Ring 2. Totally different. I think they were rated PG-13.

Try Jaws. Or white noise. Or when a stranger calls. Except you are babysitting so that is not really a good idea.

1408 was a pretty good one.

Stick to the classics (most young kids haven't seen those yet) and psychological thrillers.

You should check with their parents to make sure the movies you bring are okay. But I would recommend Disturbia (no nudity, some dead people), Red Eye (great movie, no nudity, a little gore), and When a Stranger Calls (no nudity, definitely a thriller). Have fun =]

When a stranger calls is really good. It doesn't have s*x or nudity, and there is no gore or violence. Plus you are babysitting, and she is too! So it relates.

It has ratings on all the things you have asked. Just please check it out. It is really good to search movies for little kids. I'm 15, so it's all good! I watched it when I was 13!

PS- on the website it shows the violence and gore is sorta high, but I swear it is not. There is no blood. You, do however, see 2 dead bodies, but they are not too bad. They can close there eyes but I am sure they won't mind because the bodies aren't gorey. And aren't scary. Just check with the parents first. Best of luck!xo

If they loved Signs, they may like The Village too.  I don't think it has any nudity in it.  It's from the same director.

Unfortunately, most horror movies these days have too much gore and violence.
