What are some good shops to shop at for a teen girl?

Not something too expensive. I mostly shop at Charolotte Russe, American Eagle, Lord and Taylor, Forever 21.

forever 21 is awesome!!! but some other shops would be wet seal, delias (but is kind of on the expensive side), hollister- i no its expesive but usually in the back of the stores they have clearance and a lot of the time they have shirts for 12.90 or 9.90 too, abercrombie and fitch sometimes has clearance, and debs has some cute stuff also.

i sometimes shop at hollister co but i usually go straight to the back of the store to the sale/clearance area. They are still hollister items but for a cheaper price. The only thing is that they might have been set for early summer and out of season but idc i just put on a white tee underneath it.
