Something that won't take a lot of time.

Nothing like the Harry Potter series or Lord of the Rings trilogy.

  2. Anything by Caroline B. Cooney is short and good, or books by Lurlene McDaniel. Try the Angels in Pink series by her. None of the three books are over 250 pages and the pages are small. I think the best of Cooney would be Freeze Tag.

  3. Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck

  5. My favorite novel of all time is Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451.  The edition I have is only 179 pages and has big type.  Such a great book, it's loaded with poetic imagery and has a fantastic message about the direction our society here in America could be heading if we don't watch it.  It speaks about the value of the written word and literature.  Hope you love it as much as I did!
