Question:

What are some good sit down resturants?

My family always goes to Applebees or Rafferys on weekends but now we want to try something new. I would like a resturant with healthy, low calorie choices besides salads, and desserts that are nice but don't go over around 700-800 calories.

  1. Not sure of your location, but I personally find Hops to be a GREAT sit-down place...generally found in the south. The thing I love about Hops is that you can order your food with very little frills (ie, low-salt, butter-free, dressings on the side, etc) and they don't even give you a sideways glance.

Olive Garden has come out with several great new low-cal choices, as has Ruby Tuesdays...in fact, Ruby Tuesdays has launched a healthier eating initiative of late and many many choices can be offered in both standard versions and low-calorie versions.

  2. Olive Garden =d

  3. PF Changs is a good choice.

  4. olive garden = )

  5. Ruby Tuesday is always good!

  6. Chilis

  7. I would say Apple-bees, Fridays and Ruby Tuesday but if your look something really spicy go for Chillis

  8. Olive Garden, Perkins, Eat N' Park, Steak N' Shake

  9. T.G.I. Fridays or Olive Garden

  10. I love the Olive Garden, they have a great Salad, and a good menu with lots of Variety.  Not sure where you live, but back East in New England, the 99 Restaurant has great burgers, but also great Fish dinners.

  11. Cracker Barrell, Fridays, & Ruby Tuesday..
