  1. Newspapers :D

  2. you could try petfinder.com

but maybe you could do what some adoption clinics do and like.. ask for proof of home ownership to make sure your cat won't end up on the streets also, use your instincts if you think a person sounds sketchy then tell them that your neice wants a cat and your going to give her this one and find someone you thinks should get it

but.. why would you want to give it away anyways? =]

  3. Don't just give the kittens away charge something for them.  If you give them away people looking for animals to abuse will take them.  If you ask for $5. dollars they will more likely go to someone who will take care of them.

  4. I don't think there are any.

You have to be careful when giving away kittens, just because you say they are for only a good home, that doesn't stop people from taking them just to abuse them or sell them into animal testing.

If you can't find people you know or can follow up with then selling them will at least deter many of the abusers.

The anonymity of the Internet can be an issue when getting kittens adopted, so I hope you'll be careful when it's time to get them to their new homes.

  5. http://pet-finder.com/

They've had over 12 million adoptions done through their site!

  6. craigslist.com

  7. Placing kittens in ads as "free to a good home", etc puts them in serious danger.  Dogfighters, bunchers for research labs, and just plain freaks comb these ads looking for victims. One dogfighter admitted to have collected 80+ kittens through free ads on craigslist.com. He used these kittens to bait his dogs. Please get with a shelter for help finding your kittens good, safe homes.  Here's an article you should read on the dangers and how to safely rehome your pets.
