What are some good smoothie recipies?

I need some recipies that are quick and easy for a 13 year old to make. And they have to have fruit.

  1. bannas, orange juice, pinaple juice, and sprite its really good


  2. Note:Insert these items in the blender and I guarentee you'll have a drink of a lifetime!

    1. Fudge Icecream

    2. One Banana

    3.  Ice

    4. About 2 cups of milk

    5.One spoon of Chocolate Milk powder

    6. BLend

    7.Enjoy!

    Extra: Just to taste,try adding a few Oreo cookies to see what you think.

  4. Ah my favs are

    Soy vanilla ice cream, Very vanilla Soy milk, 1 ripe banana, 1/2 to a full orange, and a hand full of strawberries.

    1 Cup of Country Time's Strawberry Lemonade, 2 cups of ice, and 1 cup of strawberries. Add less mix if you're not up to something really sour but kids love it! You also may need to add just a little of cold water to the finished product if it seems a bit thick.

    3/4 cup cold orange juice, 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk, 1 1/4 cups frozen strawberries, 2 tablespoons honey and a handful of ice cubes.

    2 cups diced honeydew melon, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, a handful of ice cubes, 1/2 cup frozen diced kiwi.  Now I haven't actually tried this one but my husband loves it.

    And of course any fruit of your choice mixed with yogurt or ice cream is always a crowd pleasure. Just experiement and have fun!

  6. Banana 1c strawberries 4oz of yogurt (flavored if u prefer) and 1c of milk add ovaltine ifd u like for a chocolately flavor or protein powder..i have it with a protein powder it tastes great and is a whole breakfast in a shake!

    or i have 1 and 1/2 banana's 2scoops of protein powder(choc.) 4oz yogurt 1c milk and 1tbsp peanut butter it's yummy :)

    or if u dont like bananas try

    chopped up watermelon and cantelope w/ 3/4c OJ 4oz yogurt

    and blueberries or strawberries or rasberries
