I am going sailing next weekend for the first time in a very long time. What are some good snacks/ lunch food to bring for a day of sailing (and maybe some margaritas)?

  1. cheese wafers

    bagel chips

    cheese

    pickled asparagus

    chicken salad sandwiches

    sliced melon

and definitely a few pitchers of margaritas

  2. TAKE IT ALL BUT ABSOLUTELY TAKE WITH YOU SOME HARD CANDIES , SUGARLESS ARE BEST FOR SOME REASON .SHOULD ANYONE BECOME ILL TELL THEM TO SLOWLY SUCK ON THE CANDY, (WHILE KEEPING THEIR MOUTH SHUT) . I AM NOT SURE IF KEEPING THE MOUTH SHUT ACTUALLY HELPS ALLEVIATE THE SYMPTOMS OR IF IT JUST KEEPS THE ILL PERSON FROM BEMOANING THEIR LOT UNTIL THEY ARE BETTER. BUT I MUST SAY THAT IT WORKED FOR ME THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I BECAME ILL .

  3. Crackers/cookies/cake. Prepared foods that won't spoil quickly (salad, bean burritos, soup).  Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are great while sailing I think. Fruits and veggies hold up very well out on the water! And margaritas will go along great with everything.

  4. Chips, crackers, a sandwich, and your choice of drink.

  5. crackers and cheese and granola bars
