I heard a song on youtube about self-harm and suicide.

It is the saddest and truest song I've ever heard.

Listen to it if you want but I'll warn you here- you won't be able to stop listening to it. Over and over.

I listened to it almost solidly for a day, and wept. And I don't cry at songs!

Then the truth of it hit me. I had a dizzy spell and nearly fell off my bed, then I couldn't stop shaking.

That was two weeks ago and I can't bring myself to listen to it again

Anyway I'm just warning you it's very very powerful.
