  1. Tofu, soy beans, NUTS: almonds, beans,

    morningstar has really good fake meat things like  chicken fingers and burgers.

    amys is another brand that is good.

    i also get kashi go lean bars for a snack insted of a regular granola bar cause it is loaded with good stuff

  5. try tofu it doesn't really have a distinct flavor so it goes really well with any flavors you put with it
