  1. Sorry dear, the laws in your state forbid the use of motor scooter of small capacity displacement.  So no sale or use is permitted.  If perchance you were to get it from another state, you will get yourself ticketted.


  2. get it in another state that you have a friend who lives there, register it in her adress, wait a you will be able to operate it in your state

  3. i bought a great moped off of http://www.xtrememinimotors.com and they will ship it straight to your house for free! Skip the stupid stores, and all the hassle!
