I don't recommend you eating street food in Vietnam, especailly in Saigon. I was there for a month last summer, my abesolute faovrite place to eat- pho 24.

You'll find street food all over the place, much more so in the city but wherever you go in VN, there are people selling food on the street. However, it's not really a good idea to eat from them if you are foreign. You will most certainly get some kind of stomach bug because they use little or no hygene.

If I were you, I would stick to the restaurants and DON'T have ice in ur drinks!

Pho.  As long as it is boiling.

Another one is bun cha.  Grilled smoked pork over rice noodles.  Great stuff.

Then go by a bia hoi place and get some fresh beer for 10 cents US.
