  2. I suit up in a fencing mask and pads and duel with my friends using shinai bamboo swords.  It's a good workout and it lets you get a little violent without really hurting anyone.  Plus it's a lot of fun.

  5. giving yourself pedicures, buy a bath bomb and just soak.. imagining yourself on the beach , with the sea lapping peacefully at your feet. close your eyes, and repeat to yourself "oh well". it makes your body automatically relax!

    sit outside somewhere you feel comfortable and just look around. breathe in the crisp, clean air and let your heart be free. observe. look at the grass .. the dogs, the trees, the fountains...

  6. moderate frequent exercise, a good diet, supplements lik st johns wart (although it can react with other drugs) and even simple multi vitamins. drinking water helps to and try meditation or yoga. do things that you find relaxing which may be reading a book or doing a crossword. just take time out and chill everyonce in a while to balance things out

  8. A natural stress reliever that is getting a lot of credibility as of late is Black Tea....drink the type that is called Chia Black tea that contains Cinnamon and Ginger...these ingredients have great healing powers when it comes to emotional healing.

    To boost the effect add about 1 to 2 ounces of lemon (you can use 100% lemon juice (not lemonade)).

    ...this will help you throughout the day one cup will do it.

    To really sail through your day...in the morning drink about one ounce of red wine. This may sound nutty but it is not trust me. Red wine has an extreme health benefit to your heart....and it strengthens and calms your heart down at the same time. Try it for a day or two and you will see.

    ...neither of these recommendations will cause you to be drowsy. Now because of these I am able to push myself harder at work where as before I would almost have a meltdown because I couldnt handle the stress.

    One thing that helps me when I'm feeling overwhelmed is making a list of all the things I have to do and prioritize them.  Or if its general worry, make a list of things that are bothering you and the solution or way you should deal with it.  Sometimes seeing something written down makes you realize it isn't so bad and you CAN handle it.

  12. This is up to the persons way of releasing stress. Some good stress relievers would be like listening to music, swimming, playing golf, surfing the net, eating chocolate, or maybe even sleeping.. =)
