What are some good stretches to help with cheerleading and gymnastics?

i will be trying out for cheerleading for my 3 year i am sure i will make it but i need to become more flexible. i am a flyer so are there any stretches that will help with my stunting. and stretches or workouts that can help me would be awesome!!

  1. try working on al your splits then have someone come and push you down and it may hurt but no pain no game i hope i helped:))


  2. splits, stradle, bend down touch toes, bridges, i hope i helped ;]

  3. splits will help a lot. stretch out your legs, work on balance for flying. try working your way into a heel stretch or a scorpion.

  4. back bends, bridges, splits, work on all jumps, heel stretches and such(:
