  1. Scottsdale!  Best Restaurants and Nightclubs

  2. Gilbert (25-40) Peoria (35-50) Avondale (first time buyers)...cost wise about 150,000 and above all locals!

  3. Chandler and Scottsdale are the richest areas and Paradise Valley and have the nicest homes. My brother just moved to Gilbert and he really loves it. Surprise is kinda far out. My mom lives in north Phoenix up by Carefree Highway and the 17 and it's a really nice area. Zip code 85085. Kinda pricey though I think. Tempe is awesome because everything happens in Tempe. They have anything you could want. Including My Big Fat Greek Restaurant, which is awesome.

  4. chandler, gilbert, more south...

it looks less crowded, more planned, eye pleasing.

  5. I've lived in Scottsdale and Tempe and have friends from Mesa and Chandler.  Scottsdale definitely has the nicest homes.  Chandler is growing rapidly.  Mesa is the 3rd largest city in Arizona (behind Phoenix and Tucson).  Tempe is a college town.  Goodyear, Gilbert, and Peoria are cheaper to live in.

I would go with Scottsdale.  Scottsdale has pretty much anything you can want in a suburb.  It has great restaurants, a good school system, and a great atmosphere.

The best part is that it takes less than 30 minutes to travel between the different suburbs.  It takes me around 25 minutes to get between Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, or Mesa.
