It all depends what you are looking to get tattooed.  You need to go by artist and not the tattoo shop.

I would suggest look at portfolios of the different artist and pick the artist with the work that mostly fits your style or the quality you are looking for.

I get all my work at I-Drive Tattoo by Lance Norris.  He is considered one of the better artist in Orlando.  Check him out.
