  2. While playing any position keep in mind the lower you are to the ground, the better.

    Practicing pulls (pulling the ball out to the side with your stick) will help you get good control with the ball.

    For regular speed dribbling down the field remember to keep your right hand low on the stick, for better control.

    To dodge players while moving down the field, try spins (keep your feet and the ball moving or else it's a foul), hitting the ball through the player's legs, pulling the ball back, or hitting and running around them.

    For goalies, keep watch on your angles at all times and be ready to move quickly.

    For stopping the ball or passing it, the best way to trap it is by keeping the curve and center part of your stick on the ground.

    For driving the ball (hitting it far), keep your hands towards the top of the stick, and keep your head down. Remember to stay low, most of the energy is used in your legs-not your arms.
